Membership

 

The John Powless Tennis Center provides opportunities for tennis players of all ages to participate in organized play, team play, group lessons, private lessons, and social events with friends and neighbors who share a common interest.

 

Memberships are a one (1) year contract that can start at any time. Members are in a commitment from said start date and all memberships will automatically renew when 12 months' time has passed for another year, unless said member emails frontdesk@johnpowlesstenniscenter.com and resigns their membership. We also request that members notify us promptly if any change in classification occurs (single, couple, family, parent & child), or of any transfer of membership.

 

MEMBERSHIP YEAR

September 1 - August 31

 

UNLIMITED COURT USE

Our 12-month membership includes unlimited court use. Members may reserve one court period (1 hour and 15 minutes) up to 7 days in advance. Members may also make an unlimited number of reservations 48 hours in advance.

 

FEES

Unlimited Play Membership:

Individual Membership: $154/month

Couple: $262/month

Family: $340/month

Senior (62 & older): $114/month

Junior: (21 & under or full-time student): $104/month

Parent & Child: $208 (each addtl child $80)

Ball Machine Only: $85

Pickle Ball Only: $25 (foam balls only)

PERMANENT COURT TIME (PCT)

Members only may reserve a court in advance for the entire 36-week indoor session (September-May). The fee is $250 per court/per year, split among all members in the group and billed to each participants account twice during the year -- half in September, half in January. No refunds are allowed for missed court times.

 

GUESTS

Guests are welcome, and are allowed a maximum of five visits per year as a non-member. Members are responsible for paying their guest's portion of the court fee and the $5 guest fee. Members may use one of their five annual guest passes to wave that $5 charge. 

 

All fees are subject to a 5.5% sales tax.
